<br />Timer is easy to set up and understand.
<br />Each bank can be set up to a different time. It automatically starts with the roseate lights, then the 6500K for a dawn to day effect. In the evening, it shuts down the 6500K lights first, then the roseate light an hour later for a dusk to night effect.
<br />The moon lights are nice and can be turned on and off at any time or scheduled.
<br />Each light as a separate reflector.
<br />The parts are all modular so you can replace and DIY repair the thing.

Comments: These lights are great! Easy to setup very self explanatory. These light really put out some light, not only do I love the lights but my Fish and Plants are thriving and moving more that ever. My plants also have started perking up. The film covering the plexyglass piece that protects your light bulbs is kinda of a pain to take off, but it help protect the plexyglass during shipping so its worth it. The timer is great and easy to use took second to set up to my own lighting schedule. I would definitly recommend this product to other people. If there is one thing i wish these had were taller legs. I can't open my glass tops all the way with my light mounted on my tank. But this is a small issue. BUY THESE!

Comments: Great Light,Great Features as lights go. But the bad is the protective brown paper a pain to get off the acrylic lamp cover. My wife hates it because it doesn't sit low enough, it has a high profile and it looks a bit industrial and really doesnt fit into typical living room decor. The gap between light and water level is brighter than the water so it draws the eyes away from fish and aquarium. When sitting too close in chair it blinds you. I had my mother inlaw sew a vinyl cover with ventilation holes on top for adequate cooling so it covers up the distracting light and frames the aquarium nicely. but the profile is still a bit more than I'm used to

Comments: I purchased this light fixture in December of 2009 and found it to be well made. It was a little expensive but you could see the quality of the fixture was worth the expense. I have had two problems with the fixture which began three months after purchasing it. First, I had one of two ballasts go bad. Replacing the ballast was easy compared to some of the other light fixtures I have owned. The second problem involved a bad LED bulb which was also very easy to replace. Both items were covered under the one year warranty. Customer service from Aquaticlife was great. I had replacement parts for the fixture within three business days.
