Do you want to put together two corals to produce a unique marine work of art? Are you finding it hard to find the perfect adhesive for fixing or bonding corals? If so, then you might like to see what this product is offering you. The Two Little Fishes Corafix 2Oz Cyanoarcrylate Adhesive from Pet Store provides you with the best aquatic glue money can buy. Very effective yet completely harmless, this is the glue you must use when piecing together broken corals or putting two different ones in such a way as to create a grand effect for your fish tanks. As its name says, this contains two ounces worth of content.
Formulated from quite a special substance that makes it very runny yet stickier than other products, this glue can bond virtually anything, and its effect can last for a very long time underwater. The glue is fast-acting, able to set in merely twenty seconds, and once it does, it would be almost impossible to separate the two components. It is also non-toxic, containing no elements that are poisonous to the fish and plants, leaving you with no worry. The ointment is even available in a variety of colors to match the pigments of your corals and shells.
The Two Little Fishies Coraffix 2Oz Cyanoacrylate Adhesive is a convenient product, which will help you on all your aquatic styling needs. This will ensure that your corals and shells are secured in place, as well as looking more beautiful than ever.
CorAffix™ - Cyanoacrylate Adhesive
CorAffix is an ethyl cyanoacrylate bonding compound with viscosity similar to honey. Use it for attaching stony corals, gorgonians, and other sessile invertebrates in natural positions on the live rock in aquariums. Also for attaching coral “frags” in coral culturing. Use with AquaStik™ to attach larger coral heads. First put freshly mixed AquaStik on live rock. Push the coral base into the AquaStik and then remove the coral, leaving the impression of the coral base in the AquaStik left in place on the live rock. Allow the AquaStik to harden for 20 minutes. Next put CorAffix on the coral base and press it into the impression made in the AquaStik, forming a secure bond in 20 seconds. Available in a 2 oz bottle with an elongated tip that can be cut to the desired orifice size.

This works great to anchor dry rock before putting in your tank. I didn't find it easy to use underwater on coral. You basically have to smear it one both services with your hands to get it to work. Then as soon as you release the pressure on the bottle to stop the flow, saltwater enters and begins to react in the bottle. Epoxy has its issues as well, taking quite a while to harden enough to hold corals... Not sure which is easier..

For the most part this glue is good, it holds frags to plugs well. I will say that I have not had great success with it holding the plugs to rock work. But then again I have had less luck with the putty.

Two little fishes keep delivering excellent products and the CorAffix is another example of one. The consistancy of the glue is almost honey like so its great for affixing zoanthids and sps frags to plugs.
Just yesterday I 'affixed' a inch and a half sea fan frag to a plug and its holding tight. Saves me the trouble of using putty and covering up tissue to affix the frag.
I even used the glue to cover a baby aptasia on a plug to kill it. Whats interesting is that my halloween hermit crab started eating the glue off the plug when I put it in the tank.
Great product will buy in the future. And would not hesitate to recommend.
