Comments: I've been using the unit for about a week now and it has been a great addition to my tank maintenance. I keep the probe out of the water and just put in in for the measurement, then wash it out in clean water. It seems to give accurate readings and so far I very happy with it. It sure is easier than using the test kits ... and more accurate !!! I love having the ability to measure the hardness quickly, since my Brichardi like hard water.

Comments: Calibrated once and checked a number of times against a refractometer. It is consistently accurate. Automatically adjusts for temp and MUCH easier to use.
