Comments: I'm using Selcon to soak food in for a sailfin tang who has lateral line disease; and it seems to be helping. But, it's a very pricey product and way too expensive to use as a general vitamin supplement for my entire 300 gallon tank full of fish friends.

Id say buy it and give it a try but I cant give it 5 because I dont see a difference in my fish with or without, I just simply trust it because of what it has in it.

Comments: I've been direct feeding goniopora, alveopora and blastomusa merletti with a mixture containing this and they seem to be improving. Goni seem to grow more tenticle length and extend more with this.

Comments: I am really impressed with this product. It gives me long lasting energy, and has done wonders for my hair. Just make sure to brush your teeth afterward.

Comments: I've been using Selcon consistently for over 5 years. People I know in the hobby are impressed with the health of my fish. I've been able to maintian fish that are considered hard to keep and they've been able to naturally fight off common diseases over time. I think Selcon and good water quality has everything to do with it. Buying it in the larger bottle is a great value. Just add it to your food when you feed and you're good to go!

Comments: Priced perfectly, this has to be one of the best food enrichment products when it comes to reef inhabitants. The small bottle lasts for atleast 6-12 months depending on your tank size and how much you use. I soak brine shrimp before i feed them to my fish. They go crazy and fight over who gets to eat all of it first lol.

<br />Selcon contains Vitamin C, B12 and Omega-3. I bought sick fish and nursed them back to full health with this product. Also of you inject this to silversides before feeding them to your anemoneme, your anemone will grow at an amazing rate.

<br />It clouds the water just a little and does kill the bubbles in your skimmer for about an hour but it will be back to normal. Shake it well before you use and keep it in the fridge.

Comments: Great product, my filter feeders thank you. I can only say between this and the nano Nano Reef A & B, have made my nano tank do a complete turn around. I was almost to the point of quitting that tank. Everything is looking great.......

Comments: I love this product, it keeps my fish fat and happy. The only problem with it is that it will screw with your skimmer for a while, but that's no big deal.

Comments: When my jawfish lost her sight I began hand feeding her. A month later I started soaking her food in Selcon. I noticed a difference in about a week. It's been 4 months of hand feeding 3x a day with Selcon soaked food and she sees well enough to almost feed herself. Now, I never put food in the tank without Selcon.

Comments: I have been using this vitamin for a year now since my LFS introduced me to it. I buy it from here in addition to my other shipments since the store usually charges about $8 more. I have a 55gal salt water tank with four fish and I buy this about every two months. I soak their daily feed in it and I know its working because my fish successfully fought off a horrile case of ich without showing any health problems throughout their treatment. The continuous use of this vitamin makes their immune systems very strong. In times of worry, I have also added a squirt into the actual tank water to make sure finicky fish are recieving nutrients. The solution is thick enough to stick to their food when you drop pieces into the tank and if you add a squirt to the tank water itself, it stays visibily concentrated for a few hours until the filter removes it. Its an easy step to make sure your fish/inverts stay healthy.

Comments: This is a great product. It helps keep your fish healthy and will help intise finicky eaters. It also heals Lateral Line Disease in Tangs.

Comments: so far so good, have not noticed any negative effects, . not really any difference noticed in feeding response of corals or fish. also no change in colors. but cant expect drastic changes in such a short time. I am dissapointed there isnt a shelf life/expiration date. vitamins lose potency over time and a manufacture date or expiration date would be usefull in determining when to discard the bottle and buy more.

Comments: Ever since i've used this to soak shrimps to feed my anemone...suddenly they just started splitting like crazy. i've had my rose anemone for 2 years and since i started using this it seems like they got more lively and won't stop splitting.

Comments: I add this to the frozen food I feed. It was recommended as a supplement for my Purple Tang. When the food is added to my reef tank there is a noticeable reaction from the colors. In particular, the sun polyps seem to love this stuff, I even mix it with brine shrimp when I directly feed them and some of my other carniverous corals.

Comments: I use this product to soak my frozen foods for my peacock mantis shrimp. My mantis has never been better; his shell is nice and bright and very healthy.

Comments: Selcon is a great defense against HLLE. I have been using it for 5 years now with great success. I even use it in my business' display aquariums. I soak Brine Shrimp, Mysis shrimp, Cyclop-eze, Oyster eggs, and blood worms in it before I feed my reef. For even greater results in animal health soak your food in Garlic Extreme as well!

Comments: I have been using Selcon for about a 2 years now mixed with frozen foods and cyclopeeze while they derosted, it was hard to judge what the product did, since I began using it right from the start, on a friends advice. It wasn't until my local store ran out, I had to order online (which was back-ordered) that I noticed a difference. Fish lost a little bit of vibrancy, and my LPS were not extending quite as much as before, when I recieved my shipment, within a months time things were back to normal...now I order 2 bottles just in case. There is no other product on the market like it, and as I meet more and more reef keepers in the hobby, one thing stands out, all the successful ones use Selcon as an additive in their feed.
