Comments: I bought my first Boxer about 25 years ago, and nearly took him to the pound, as I had trained many dogs and even tried the german linked choke collar on him, and it helped a little but just did not stop him when he wanted to get something. Being a dog trainer - just never with Boxers, and having broke my back shortly after getting the dog, I was at a loss. A friend told me about the New Holt harness, and I bought it. My first impression was how this thin rope item was going to work better. Well, first tug, and old Tonka Toy stopped in his tracks. Being stubborn, he tried a few more times and within a few walks, I had a well controlled and behaved dog by my side. I have used on my next two Boxers, and highly recommend. my friend uses it on her 150 lb dog, and she says its as walking her 5 lb yorkie. A must for training, after a while, I did not need to use it. Great invention.

Comments: This product is initially marketed as a 'training' harness. We use it as the only way to walk out dog. It is easy to put on and take off. It is comfortable for the dog. It keeps the leash in a away from her feet.
