If you purchase a product from Petstore.com and found the identical product elsewhere for less within 10 days of your original invoice date, we will match the “total price” or refund the difference. Total price is defined as the product price plus shipping and handling costs (sales and/or promotional merchandise not included).

Total Price Guarantee Criteria

• For price matching, the competitor’s total price (including shipping and handling charges) is what must be compared against Petstore.com’s everyday low price.
• Petstore.com’s Total Price Guarantee only applies to retailers stocking the identical make and model. The competitor’s price must also be listed accurately.
• If you have yet to submit your order but have already discovered a competitor with a lower price, simply denote the competitor’s total price information (URLs are most useful) in the comment section provided on the Petstore.com checkout page. The price match will then be reviewed and, if approved, applied manually. Please note this may delay shipment by one (1) business day.
• Pestore.com ship only the newest models of each of our products. Consequently, refurbished, recertified, remanufactured and/or counterfeit products will not be eligible for price matching under Petstore.com’s Total Price Guarantee.
