Comments: The problem is the crate is said to be 36 inches long . The laying space is only 31 ! The crate is tapered and the 36 may be in the center of the crate BUT not the floor . I have ordered an exchange for the larger size . Other than this lack of clarity I like the crate . It's nice & light , pretty ,& good ventilation .
