Comments: I feed this food to all new fish I receive and as a supplement with other foods to my display tank fish. This stuff brings out the colors in the fish like no other food.

Comments: I was looking for a food with high galic content because of an ick outbreak from a fish I did not quarantine. My blue tang has doing well for about 2 year, eats good, doesn't pace the tank or show other signs of stress etc, and this was the first time he showed signs of illness. I did not want to treat the tank with medicine because I have coral decline from Ka deficientcies and thought it could cause more problems. I read about tangs that are exposed to ick and do not get ill in some systems and thought that nutrition could be a factor in mine. I was having sucess using GHV garlic soak and I decided to try thera-a so i didn't have to soak and because of the claimed quality. So far it is a month later and my fish is doing well. I will still see a spot or 2 of ick now and then but no more. At the least it gives me time to set up a tank so when I treat I do not harm my corals. Thank you nls

Comments: Not all fish like these pellets. They need to be made so they're more desirable to fish. The smell is very medicinal. The chemical makeup of the product is solid. If you compare the protein and antioxidant ingredient levels you will be pleasantly surprized. Most food, even frozen is 95% water. Read the label next time. This food is very high in protein and sinks immidiately. It is not for soaking, if you soak this food it will turn into paste. For saoking pellets, use Hikari Marine -S. If you a low maintenance kind of person, this food is perfect for your tank. It will boost your fish's immune system.

Comments: There are so many foods to try. I read the reviews and did my homework. I tried so many different quality foods but none have impressed me like NLS. ITS THE BEST! PERIOD! Quit reading and commit to buying a jar. You wont regret it. I have used this for over a year now and I have yet to have 1 fish get sick since I switched. I have a challenging situation. I maintain a 100 gal custom aquarium that is heavily stocked, its at a church with a mix of fish and soft coral and live rock. I cant be there each day so the fish are feed with a auto fish feeder 2 times daily. I use OSI Spirulina flake but mostly NLS foods. Small and medium sinking pellets from NLS ensure that all the fish get feed from the large tangs to the small 1.5" gobies. Everyone is healthy and well feed and my nitrates/ phos stay within low limits. Over 15 fish including a 6" sailfin tang,hippo tang several fire dart fish, gobies, clowns and on and on. This food has really helped to keep everyone healthy. Just try it! It also lasts a long time.

Comments: This is the best pellet food ever. I use it 75% of time in my reef and 25% in predator tank. Gobies, clowns, tangs, angels, falco hawkfish, sharp nose puffer, coral cat, and huma trigger all eat it with gusto!
