Comments: I got this carrier for transporting my 3 rats. (Yes, rats.) The small size is perfect for them! It is very sturdy, and comes with a shallow clip on bowl. It would be great for the right sized cat! It even has a small (VERY SMALL) container on the top. I recommend it 100%!

Comments: I like these Petmate carriers because they offer a great deal of flexibility: the entire top is easily removed. My cat does not like being stuffed in a carrier through the door, but does not mind at all if we have him lay on the bottom piece and then snap the top over him. The only concern I have is that I do not always trust the plastic snaps that hold top and bottom together: they are not the most trustworthy at supporting the weight of our cat.

Comments: Petmate makes the most attractive "fashion" Kennel Cabs. AND the best part is that these kennels are "MADE IN AMERICA"!!

<br />Their light tan/blue large kennel, the tan/green Intermediate kennels, and the tan/brown new large color go with all decors. (The pink small kennel also looks adorable for smaller breeds of dogs (or cats).

<br />We now have THREE Petmate Fashion Kennel Cabs. Our poodles LOVE them as "little dog houses" inside our home, with the doors off, so that they can come and go into them whenever they wish. They're also great to take along when traveling. Our dogs always have their own "home" along.

<br />We also bought the cozy rolled edge Midwest "Quiet Tim" pet pads for inside, (made to fit different size kennels), and covered that with a plush lap blanket (easy to wash weekly).

<br />Our Petmate Intermediate Fashion Kennel Cab SAVED OUR LITTLE 6 lb spayed black poodles life when she was lost last Dec. She wouldn't come to any strangers, even though she ws microchipped and had three (ID, rabies & Home Again) tags on her collar. When she was sighted in a woods, (AFTER 12 NIGHTS, 13 DAYS), we placed her kennel out near the woods with food/water. She was inside her kennel the next morning. The homeowner who'd called us about her quickly closed the door and took her inside their home to call us. It truly was a miracle, and she was in great condition.

<br />EVERY DOG SHOULD BE CRATE TRAINED - As Victoria Stilwell (It's Me or the Dog, on Animal Planet), the dog trainer says. Thank goodness I followed her advice!

<br />We had no idea that dogs really LOVE having a cozy kennel to go into, besides all their plush doggie beds throughout our home.

Comments: I love the petmate kennel purchased from Petstore.com. I have already used it to ship a puppy from Florida to Oklahoma City and the buyer loved it too. I named it the Pink Cadillac and will soon purchase one in blue for shipping boys....I will name it the Blue Bomber.
