Comments: This item keeps water fresh enough that my 3 cats no longer jump in the bath tub to drink. First one did arrive with a hole but the replacement came 4 days later and works great. Easy to put together.

Comments: I love this product and have used it for several years. But the product I received from you had a pin hole in the bottom water container and I had to use my old one. It is a good thing that I saved my old spare parts. It is usually the motor that goes out and that is why I purchased another one. My dogs love it.

Comments: Awesome!! I love my new bubbler watering system and so does my shepherd. Now all we need is a way to keep the supply tank full. I am away from home for long periods of time. My caretakers never remember to put out fresh water for the dog. If you have a product that could be connected to a water source, unattended, it would be wonderful! Please let me know. Comments: While the Bubbler arrived quickly and works perfectly, only one of my two cats (B.O.L.O.) has adapted to it--Koska now insists on a trip to the pool for a drink. After the dramatics are over (they're both females), I expect Koska to move on to another world issue and use the Petmate.

Comments: This is our second unit. They last roughly 2 years (pretty good considering that the pump runs 24/7) Our last unit died 2 days ago and the cats don't seem to want to drink without the bubbles. It took about one week to acclimate them to the bubbler (leave both old water dish and bubbler out at the same time, let them get used to it)
<br />Once they got used to it, they preferred it to drinking from the tap (which they had preferred to the water dish). Easy to clean (pipe cleaners and pins for the bubble holes) and that's it. Plus the 1.5 gallon size means only adding water every week or so.

Comments: Works Great. The pump is a little noise. Miss Kitty has not got use to it yet but I think she will.
