Maintain the pristine beauty of your koi ponds and water gardens by keeping their water clean and clear. Prevent the unsightly presence of soiled water by simply using the PondCare Accu-Clear Pond Clarifier from Pet Store. This colorless liquid solution, which comes in a 64-ounce bottle, amazingly keeps the pond and garden waters crystal clear.
The sight of cloudy water is due to the presence of too many tiny particles that are hanging onto the water. These debris are so small that pond filters could not easily siphon and eliminate them. Here's how PondCare Accu-Clear Pond Clarifier works. Upon contact with the pond water, it triggers the micro specks that are suspended in cloudy water to stick together and become bigger units. These larger particles sink to the bottom of the pond, and they are easily eliminated by the installed filter or skimmer. It thus turns the water clean and clear as it assists the pond filter to do its job more efficiently.
The PondCare Accu-Clear Pond Clarifier is the perfect solution to clarifying the cloudy water of newly established ponds, especially during summer when dust and dirt easily stain the water. It is also ideal for existing ponds and water gardens where smudging happens due to changing the pond filter, putting in aquatic plants, or shifting the water. The PondCare Accu-Clear Pond Clarifier immediately restores the smeared water back to its tidy state.
PondCare Accu-Clear 16 oz
Quickly clears cloudy pond water by causing tiny suspended particles to clump together, forming larger particles that fall to the bottom and are siphoned out or removed by the pond filter. Maintains crystal-clear water and improves filter efficiency.
Before using Accu-Clear, make certain that the pond has vigorous aeration, (a fountain, waterfall or aeration device) especially during hot summer months. In summer heat, pond water contains very little oxygen. In sunlight, algae and submerged plants produce oxygen, and in some cases may be the major source of oxygen in the pond. At night, however, submerged plants and algae actually consume oxygen. Decomposing organic matter also consumes oxygen, even after it is removed by the filter. Until the filter is changed, decomposing organic matter may still cause the oxygen level to drop to harmful levels if adequate aeration is not provided. Therefore, when using Accu-Clear, especially during the warm summer months, adequate aeration is required to keep oxygen levels healthy for your fish. Do not shut off pond pumps or aeration devices at night! Aeration must be provided to pond life at all times.
