Comments: I purchased my Red Sea AquaZone Plus 50 on Feb 2, 2007. On March 8th 2008 I broke tank down. The ozonizer was working perfectly at that time. Two weeks ago I set my tank back up and hooked up the ozoniner. The display reads -1 all the time. No matter what you do. I called Red Sea and told them. They told me to try to run RO water through it (unit unplugged) which I did. There was no difference. Same readings. When I called Red Sea back they told me that the unit is warrantied for 1 year and that they have no repair service. I can not believe that. I'm astonished. I spent $337.00 for the device to work basically 1 year and 1 month. I can not recommend this company to anyone based solely on their lack of customer support.

Comments: Excellent. Works extremely well and accurately. If in humid areas, enclose the entire body of a dehumidifier with the unti to prolong the life of the ozonizer and prevent changing and recharging the silica beads.
