Comments: I was excited to find these since I bought a similar one at the plumbing store for a lot more money. These are slightly different than the ones for drinking water tanks that cost a fortune but these work just as well and really seal well since they are tougher plastic than the flimsy black plastic ones that tend to allow salt creep.

<br />Using these better quality fittings allowed me to rethink putting fittings deep in the tank... in the past I would never do it because they seemed to always leak but these never do no matter how deep they are. I now have two installed: a 1" that is about 18" deep, and a 2" one that is about 28" deep. They both work great with no leaks.

Comments: Very sturdy and well made. Made from PVC so you do not need any special glue to add your pluming. Just standard PVC glue. Only required hand tightening and no leaks. Very satisfied.

Comments: I've purchased numerous bulkheads from the many LFS in my area, and this bulkhead is by far the best quality, heavy duty one I've found. And it costs the same as the lesser models.
