"direct flow"

Comments: If you're looking for water movement, this is a great pump. Only downsize is that is area of flow is very narrow. Shoot out in a staight line. Doesn't have the wide angles as other pumps. Also, very bulky. Takes up a lot of space. I highly recommend purchasing the magnet if you decide to purchase this pump.

"MM500 STRONG!!! clean algae??"
- Product Review by Raoul Jacques

Comments: MM 500 is Super Strong!!!
This magnet say 3/4" glass but i think its good for 1" plus.
I bought it for cleaning algae. It is almost too strong for algae cleaning. FYI It dose not float. The cleaning "pad" is a over size BAG, made of the same stuff Kent mop scruber is made of which is great for cleaning. The down side it looks like a major eye sore. One over size bag inside your tank and one outside. So you would not want to keep it hanging on your tank with this over sized bag

5 stars for holding power.
3 stars for algae cleaner. Ugly bag and non floating

"Doesn't fit Rio+ 1400"
- Product Review by Andrew Fikes
(Posted on 2/19/08)
-
Comments: I purchased this product for my Rio+ 1400. Unfortunately, despite the information to the contrary on this website, the TAAM website, and the box, it does not fit the 1400. I contacted TAAM customer service, and they did acknowledge the information was incorrect. According to them, the correct part is the MM300.

"Great Product"
- Product Review by Jerry York
(Posted on 2/10/08)
-
Comments: These have to be the strongest magnets I've ever seen. Once you've mounted them onto your powerhead and placed them where you want them they're not moving or slipping. I'm using them with M620's and I know the powerheads are not that heavey but there is more magnet than you need with these baby's.

"Most bang for your buck.."
- Product Review by Michael Dibble

Comments: With and easy 10,000 invested in my 180 reef so far. This has been the best purchase ive made in the last 2 years.

These magnets are so strong my kids took em out of the box and once stuck together, They couldnt get them apart. My oldest actually pinched his fingers pretty good on one set.

Amazing high strength magnet. Even as and adult youll have a hard time pulling them apart. Never worry about suction cups losing hold again.

"Magnet Mount"
- Product Review by William P Gray Jr
(Posted on 1/7/08)

Comments: No more non-functioning suction cups and you can put your pump anywhere you want it and angle it anyway you wish. Carefull you don't pinch your fingers these are strong magnets. Holds the biggest pumps I've tried. The only draw back is that the slide mounts are made for specific pumps. So far, Great!
